JONAH
Throughout his career as a copywriter/creative director, Jonah has helped build effective and award-winning campaigns across a variety of brands, including Pizza Pizza, Nissan, Tim Hortons, Subaru, RATESDOTCA, D2L Brightspace, and more. Early in his career, Jonah co-created the award-winning “Conquer All Conditions” campaign for Nissan, leading to the brand becoming Canada’s Fastest Growing Automotive Brand 26 months in a row, in addition to earning multiple Effies and Cassies for Sustained Success. Despite never actually owning his own car, Jonah’s automotive success continued with multiple award-winning campaigns for Subaru, including a Best in Show at the CMAs for the “G.O.O.A.T. - Greatest Outback of All-Time” campaign.
In another career highlight, Jonah’s work made headlines across the globe with the viral sensation for Tim Hortons, “The Away Game.” More recently, Jonah and longtime creative partner Michael Siegers created Pizza Pizza’s ongoing “Everyone Deserves Pizza” brand platform, under which they’ve ushered through several award-winning campaigns, including the multi-year “Fixed-Rate Pizza” and “Pizza Pizza Pre-Rolls” campaigns, and topical “Bipartisan Wings” and “Reverse Tariff” campaigns. The platform has continually helped drive record-breaking sales, culminating in Pizza Pizza being named Strategy Magazine’s top five Brands of the Year.
Jonah also hates talking about himself, so he hides it by writing in the third person.
